Military Wealth Coach, LLC is a private business. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to the United States Marine Corps, the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any other branch or agency of the U.S. government.
Any reference to military service, rank, branch insignia, or DoD programs (such as TSP, BRS, or VA loan) is for educational context only and does not imply government sponsorship or endorsement.

Compensation does not influence the editorial independence of educational material.

Military Wealth Coach, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of clients, students, and website visitors. This policy describes what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
We collect information in three ways:
Directly from you — when you enroll in a course, schedule a coaching session, sign a coaching agreement, subscribe to the email list, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, military branch and status, and financial information shared in counseling sessions.
Automatically — basic, privacy-first website analytics (page views, top pages, referral source) measured by our host, Netlify, from server logs. These analytics are cookieless: they set no cookies, do not track you across other websites, and are never linked to your individual identity.
Through email and scheduling tools — MailerLite (email list management) and Calendly (appointment scheduling) collect information according to their own privacy policies when you interact with those services.
Information collected is used to:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Financial information shared in coaching sessions is treated as confidential in accordance with the AFCPE® Code of Ethics. Session notes and client records are maintained securely and are not disclosed to third parties except as described in the Coaching Agreement (legal requirement, imminent harm, or written client consent).
Counseling records are retained for a minimum of five years following the conclusion of services, consistent with professional standards.
By subscribing to the Military Wealth Coach email list, you consent to receive educational content, program announcements, and marketing communications. All marketing emails include:
Transactional emails (receipts, session confirmations, password resets) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
We use the following third-party platforms in the delivery of services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
We do not share personally identifiable client information with these services beyond what is required for service delivery (e.g., email address to send a confirmation).
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our website analytics are cookieless (measured from our host's server logs). Because the site sets no tracking cookies of its own, no cookie-consent banner is required to browse it.
Cookies may be set only by third-party tools you actively choose to engage with — for example, opening the scheduling calendar (Calendly) or submitting a contact or enrollment form (HubSpot, MailerLite). Those cookies are governed by the providers' own privacy policies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some embedded features may not function as intended.
You may request to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
We take reasonable measures to protect client information from unauthorized access, including secure storage of session records and use of reputable third-party platforms. No method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
This policy may be updated periodically. Material changes will be announced via email to active clients and subscribers. Continued use of our services following notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
